So many things about this wedding make it one of the most special days I’ve photographed. For their entire engagement, Sarah was living Israel while Sam was living in Alaska, where they now live together. They were only able to see each other one time before the wedding! So you can imagine how emotional it was for Sarah to walk down the aisle, and how incredibly happy these two were just to finally be with one another. Every photo is filled with joy. On top of that, Sam and Sarah incorporated beautiful military traditions, patriotic colors, and several unique but classic ideas into their day. The entire reception was jazz! I felt a little bit like it was a wedding from a movie, with traditional dancing (even a swing dancing lesson) and very cool moments like Sam and Sarah’s entrance through an arch of swords. Anyway, enough rambling from me, check out a few favorites from Sam and Sarah’s amazing wedding!
