A mix of editorial and photojournalistic styles allows me to capture the most significant moments along with the ones in between. I will always provide direction when needed, but I also know how to anticipate a laugh or shared smile from across the room. My ultimate goal is for you to feel confident enough in my process that you can relax and enjoy each other – that's when the magic happens.

My hope is for my images to reflect the way your loved ones see you.
I've found that I fit into the world much more comfortably as an observer than I do in the spotlight, which is one of the many reasons I love my job. I first got my degree in journalism at UNC, knowing that I had a love for people and telling their stories. A few years later, I started my photography business and haven't looked back. It is truly a dream job and something that I believe I am meant to do. I am so thankful to the many amazing couples who have allowed me to step into their story.
I live in Cary, North Carolina, with my husband, Cameron, and kids, Claire and Walt.
